6% Old Tree Cider
This is Eric's "Grand Cru" apple cider. The name "Argelette" is a reference to the clay soils ("argile" in French) where the apples for this cider come from. The average age of these trees is higher, contributing to the more concentrated depth of flavour. This cider, made using an ancestral maceration technique, has around 30 g/L of residual sugar.
