Northern Wild 006 is an experimental collaboration release with Hogans Cider that saw us co-ferment Hogan’s apple juice with our own Northern Monk wort before aging. 

The result is a unique beer / cider hybrid made using wild yeast from apples and Brett Bruxellensis. Expect funky, tart flavours and a clear apple character, with a hint of smoke and malt sweetness on the finish. 

Each 750ml bottle is hand numbered. 

The signs of spring are starting to appear in the North. Berries are growing in the hedgerows and flowers are starting to emerge. The change in the season feels like the perfect time to introduce you to the next beer in the Northern Wild series.
