La Derniere Volonte is a meeting between Belgian and British brewing traditions. Its complex nose of flowers and alcohol is supported by fruity and slightly malty aromas. Everything is crowned by a strong bouquet of hops. On the palate, it is spicy and fruity, and suggests a discreet touch of alcohol. In the finish, the hops bring up the rear with force.
