A biodynamic pink from Burgenland made from 80% Zweigelt and 20% Blaufränkisch. Aged 4 months on lees in stainless steel. Expect red berries—strawberry, raspberry, red cherry—plus citrus zest and a mineral backbone. Light-bodied, vibrant acidity; 11.5% ABV. Vegan, low-sulphite, screwcap.
