Our second Patron’s Project release with big-wall behemoths SNIK is Solitude, a DDH DIPA made to celebrate six days, countless hand cut stencils, and one stunning mural that now belongs to the people of Stockport.

Solitude showcases the brilliantly named hop Peacharine, a new variety from Freestyle Hop’s breeding program. Living up to its name with heaps of nectarine and ripe peach, it felt perfect for a smooth oat-laden DDH DIPA.

Despite being named Solitude, we’ve collaborated with Folkingebrew on this beer. A self-described group of beer geeks from the Netherlands with a love of bold hop-forward beers. Having grown from the backyard of a beer shop to opening their own pub, we’re feeling a real kinship with their ambition to never stop learning.
