Northern Monk’s flagship Hazy Pale, Faith, combined with Thornbridge’s iconic IPA, Jaipur.  

Faith was one of the first New England style beers in the UK and Jaipur is recognised as the first UK craft IPA. 

Using the grist of Faith, loaded with oats and wheat, combined with the hop bill of Jaipur. A whirlpool of Cascade, Chinook and Columbus hops brings a grapefruit and pine base, then dry hopped with Simcoe and Centennial. We then brought in some Citra from the Faith recipe to give a big citrus aroma with flavours of grapefruit, pine, orange and soft tropical notes.
