Mr. White NEIPA, classic but also grounbreaking. For the first time we used our yeast propagation system and multiplied fresh liquid yeast we got from White Labs. This yeast is well known for its purity and beneficial effect on the final beer quality outcome. Mr. White NEIPA is juicy and creamy with a typical hazy appearance. Thanks to its longer aftertaste, full body and low bitterness, the distinctive hop aroma stands out beautifully. Mosaic and Talus hops deliver notes of tropical fruit, grapefruit, mango and peach with a subtle earthy character. Barley malt, wheat and oat flakes contribute to the fresh yellow-orange colour and hazy consistency.
