El Taller Gastronomico from Toledo introduces this pate made using duck meat and duck liver with the addition of a little Armagnac. Delicious on hot toast, and very easy to serve at home.

Duck meat 25%, chicken, duck liver, duck fat, lean pork and pork fat, stock, milk, eggs, Armagnac 1%, salt, white pepper and preservative E-250.
