We’re entering darker months of the year and the only brightness you might find is in your glass, or the waning embers of your fire. 

As we prepare for autumn, with its chill in the air, we wanted Waning Ember to feel comforting, cosy, a warming embrace against the colder nights. Cashmere hops provide a somewhat woody and almost tea-like aroma on the nose and when combined with a thick, heavy body, it acts pillowy and warming. 

We also used some Idaho 7 to add to the cosy-feel, with a little sweet fruitiness and a herbal touch to really help you step out from summer and into the long dark autumnal days ahead…
