For the first of our Birthday beers we teamed up with London's finest, Gravity Well for a big hazy IPA. Atomic Theory is loaded with wheat and oats for a soft and silky body.

We're tasting pulpy orange, lime fruit pastilles, white grape and rounded pithy finish.
