Our Staff Pale Ale pick for 2025 is a fully hop saturated beer we brewed with the legends at Garage Project in New Zealand, as part of our Little Summer Beer Bash series back in August. When their head brewer Pete visited for the collab brew day, he suggested a couple of specific hop lots from their 2025 NZ harvest, which we managed to find and paired them with some of our best lots. This pale truly sings of New Zealand and is full of beautiful layers of flavour. The result is LSBB ‘25 Collab Series #3, a 5.2% juicy monster that tastes like an 8%!."

Hops - Mosaic, Motueka, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau
