A biodynamic white blend from five heritage grape varieties (Malvasía 30%, Merseguera 30%, Moscatel 20%, Tortosí 10%, Verdil 10%), aged for 3 months in concrete tanks, then bottled unfined, unfiltered and naturally vinified. Aromas of stone fruits, orange blossom, and elderflower. The palate is fresh and dry with zesty acidity, saline minerality, and a smooth, textured finish.
