From organic vineyards on gravelly limestone in Touraine, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc is direct-pressed, stainless-steel fermented with native yeasts, and bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal sulphites. 2023 sees a slightly rounder, pear-drop style compared to the leaner 2022, while preserving crisp citrus and razor-sharp acidity. 12.5–13% ABV.
