Rémi is a Gamay specialist, and this vibrant rose is 100% Gamay. This year's vintage is a balance of structure, aromatics and acidity, and absolute juice. A beautifully crafted rose made from Gamay grown on granite soil. Zippy, bright and bursting with grapefruit notes this has made it in just in time for summer. Hand harvested, bottled in February 2020 with no filtration or added sulphur.
