One of Three of the very first wines made from grapes grown at Tillingham. The culmination of four years of toil and discovery, these wines are the start of a new era for Tillingham and an indication of what lies ahead.
Mainly Meunier with a smidge of Pinot Noir. Grapes hand-sorted, destemmed and lightly crushed. Co-fermentation with ten days on skins. Pressed in a basket press straight to a single 5-year-old barrel and aged for six months.
