A very drinkable amber wine with real personality but not too much funk. Light to medium-bodied, with gentle grip, bright acidity and a crunchy, energetic palate. Expect yellow fruit, blossom, tea-like texture and a little spicy savoury edge from skin contact and barrel work. Serve cool, not icy. Great with ferments, Middle Eastern dishes, squash, hard cheese or oily fish.
