A beer to lose yourself in - that's what stout means to us. Although most of our beers tend toward light, bright and crisp, as brewers we thoroughly enjoy experimenting with the diversity of flavours that beer can create.

Our stout is made using all Heritage floor malted barley which has been roasted and toasted at different heats and humidities. This offers an array of deep flavours from the crispy crust of a sourdough loaf, charred raisins on a hot cross bun, to the darkest depths of a smooth roasted coffee.

Making stout marks a turning point in our year, a place to measure time. A beer for the emergence of winter, gifting us that moment to take stock and look towards the new year.
