We aged beer brewed with well water, local malt, and fresh and aged hops in oak barrels with native yeast for about 14 months, then racked it onto two and half pounds per gallon of East Texas blueberries! Super jammy, tart, woody, and slightly herbaceous. 7.1% ABV.
