This dark rosé is a new cuvee from Catalan star Jordi Llorens and it is very, very good. Macabeo and parellada with four days on the skins of grenache and syrah. It’s really quite complex and incredible amalgamation of red and white fruit flavours and with a delicious savoury back palate thanks to the stalks in the fermentation. This is one of our favourite rosés in the shop at the moment. Serve chilled, but allow this to warm a little to allow the nuance and complexity to really shine.
