Another wildly delicious one from Kumpf & Meyer, based in Rosheim. Maceration of Pinot noir and Pinot gris. Pickled strawberries, strawberry compote, sour cherry. Tart but not too tart. Easy drinking but still with structure. Red fruit, green herbs, and citrus. Earthy tones with a fresh finish.
