A bright, aromatic white with enough freshness and dryness to stop it feeling perfumed for perfume’s sake. Light to medium-bodied, with honeysuckle, citrus, peach and a little stony bitterness on the finish. Very versatile and easy to like. Serve cold. Great with salads, seafood, lighter cheeses and aperitif drinking.
