Fledgling No.3 is a single variety Discovery cider from the 2021 vintage, pressed at the beginning of September. It's young and already starting to exhibit those beautiful strawberry bubblegum characteristics from the Discovery apples.

The Fledgling series showcases cider made using the ancestral, or pét-nat (pétillant natural), method. This involves bottling before the end of primary fermentation, allowing the process to complete in the bottle itself.
