This is our latest adventure into the dangers of the Seven Deadly Sins with Adrian Baxter. Envy is a tricky beast to master, a green-eyed monster and one that must be fought with balance. 

The sweet indulgence of a decadent Imperial Stout is balanced with the savoury, umami hit of Matcha, a variety of tea that is grown in the shade to boost its earthiness. An addition of coconut and a touch of lactose brings to mind the creaminess of a freshly poured latte. All lacing a full-bodied Imperial Stout, made with a deep and complex malt base.
