Northern Monk / Azvex / Dan Mumford - Liverpool - 7% DDH IPA - 440ml Can
Regular price £6.50
Kicking off a new Patrons Projects series in style, we called in Liverpool’s Azvex Brewing, who are turning out some the best and most sought-after IPAs anywhere in the country right now.
A 100% Australian hopped DDH IPA, showing Galaxy and Eclipse hops for big juicy flavours of passion fruit, tangerine, citrus zest, and some lasting dankness.
The malt bill on this one features our highest proportion of oats and wheat we’ve ever used. At 7.0% and thick-as-you-like, this beer packs a punch.
Azvex was founded in 2020 with the first beers hitting the market in late 2021. Since its inception the focus has been on creating the best examples of modern styles. Initial focus was mostly around hoppy hazy beers but in recent times Azvex has made some real progress with other styles, creating some of the top-rated imperial stouts and smoothie sours in the country complimenting their already highly regarded hoppy beer. In the short couple of year Azvex has existed it has quickly become one of the top craft breweries in Europe.
