We’re pairing the Kettle charge of Motueka with some Floe Citrulicious for a hefty aroma boost. After good success with January’s brew, we are again using a first day dry hop, this time with Mega Motueka. This helps us make the most of the kettle charge and as you’d guess Mega Motueka is a levelled-up version of the normal variety. We’re also using a touch of Waimea and more Mega Motueka at the end of fermentation to really round things off with notes of Orange Zest and Pine.
