Our annual hop pick with Harewood Food & Drink Project. Getting hops grown less than 10km away from plot to tank an hour after picking.  

This beer is the result of our annual green hop pick; a beer made once a year, using the absolute freshest hops – literally Fresh from the North. The green hops used in this year’s brew were picked from Harewood’s walled garden and were added to the tanks straight after our team returned to brewery from the pick. 

To bring out the best in the green hop and to give us a light floral and citrus flavour, we added Saaz hops to the brew. 

This year we paired the hops with a light and bright Belgian yeast to make a refreshing Belgian Pale Green Hop. This is truly the Evolution of Tradition.
