Out latest Customer Collaboration is with Redmond’s of Dennistoun, one of Glasgow’s leading craft beer bars. This is juicy IPA made with Cascade BBC, Centennial, Strata, Idaho 7. 

North of the Border with Redmond’s of Dennistoun, our latest Customer Collaboration, is a super juicy 6.6% IPA, brewed to celebrate their tenth birthday.

Redmond’s were pretty set on using Cascade in a Hazy, so we’ve frontloaded the brew with a large Cascade whirlpool addition for its piney herbal nature to shine and then paired it back in the dry hop with a Strata and Idaho 7 addition for their large grapefruit character as well as the sweeter pineapple and citrus fruit notes.

The result is a dank, golden, and hazy IPA, with flavours of pine, citrus, pineapple, and mango.
