The fourth stop in Dan Mumford’s exploration of the UK, and if this time if we’re stopping in the Northeast, we’re obviously getting Wylam involved. And if Wylam are involved, we’re obviously making a DDH IPA crammed full of as many hops as we could muster. 

Wylam’s head brewer Lee has a soft spot for New Zealand hops and who are we to say no. White grape classic Nelson Sauvin, criminally underused Strata, and sweet citrus Riwaka all combine in this richly textured IPA.
