A serious, high-energy Riesling from an organically and biodynamically farmed Oregon site, aged in acacia. Expect smoky mineral notes, salted citrus, yellow plum, green apple and a rounded, lightly grippy texture. Bright acidity keeps it sharp and ageworthy. Serve at 8–10°C with pork, smoked fish, shellfish, fermented veg, spicy food or Alpine-style cheese.
