Made with 4% real truffle, this is a Pecorino with Truffle that makes other truffle products seem like poor relations. Slithers of fresh truffle are added at the beginning of the cheese process, which offsets the richness of the sheep’s milk to produce a truly intense cheese: firm, sharp and spicy with a rich truffle finish.
