A smooth Bavarian export lager with rounded malt, fresh bread and a clean, lightly hopped finish.
Originally brewed to mark the 200th anniversary of the Kingdom of Bavaria, 1806 Max Joseph is fuller and more malt-led than a standard helles. Pale bread, cereal and gentle sweetness are balanced by lively carbonation and mild herbal bitterness.
