LAMBIC DU TILLEUL - BIO (7%) is entirely made from a blend of our own 2 and 3-year-old lambics brewed from organically grown malted barley (60 %) and wheat (40 %), and overaged hops. This blend is made up of 50% 2-year-old lambics and 50% 3-year-old lambics.
