Opened by father and son duo Mark and Mike Meletopoulo in 2020, Bracket Brewing  create an ever-changing array of beers using outstanding raw ingredients, whilst trying to be as sustainable as possible.
Together, we have brewed a West Coast Pils that’s bright, clean and showcases Azure hops. A lot that was originally grown as Centennial but has drifted in character so much that it’s now regarded as a new variety, Azure offers bold citrus, floral aromatics, melon and pine.
