Fractions #004 is a journey into co-fermentation. We’ve used our house yeast in conjunction with Voss kveik, a Norwegian traditional yeast which produces an array of fruity esters perfect for a hazy IPA. On top of our juicy base of Pilsner malt, oats and wheat we’ve dry hopped with El Dorado, Bru-1 and Strata. These hops bring juicy pineapple and tropical fruit, boosted by the fruity, poached pear and orange character of Voss. Superbly drinkable and juicy with fantastic complexity.
