Last September, we were able to do our first-ever Hop selection trip across the West Coast of America. This was a really big deal for us, delving into the nitty gritty of hops and being able to select what we thought were the best lots of specific hops for our beers.
Our first utilisation of these is our hand-selected Mosaic, which of course is going into Sonoma - which just happens to be turning 8 years old at the same time!
