B.A.B.S, put simply stands for ‘Barrel-Aged Blended Stout’.

This blend of 2 stouts has been aged for over 12 months in 5 different barrel types,
including; Bourbon, PX Sherry, Red Wine Barrels and both Jamaican and Barbadian rum casks. The 2 Imperial Stouts include one with a punchy 16% nuance, and another with a balancing acidity. The stouts coupled with Modus Operandi contribute depth, balance and a satisfying boozy character to this blend.
