In one of the best preserved breweries in Belgium, Brouwerij Slaghmuylder in the small town of Ninove, perhaps one of the best Belgian blonde is brewed, with the designation and the name Witkap Stimulo and the title "living beer ". Its absolutely alive, after fermenting in the bottle and so it appears light sparkling on the tongue. The beer is golden blond, misty on appearance with a pleasant aromatic scent. It is rich and round, yet complex on taste and mouth feel. A pleasant beer to be enjoyed over time.
